Everything you need to know before listing

Q. Is it really free to list?
Yes — completely free. No listing fee, no monthly fee, and zero commission on any enquiries or bookings. We are not a marketplace. We are a specialist directory funded by our own mission, not by extracting value from retreat centres.
Q. We're a dana centre. Can we still list?
Yes — you are especially welcome. Vipassana centres operating on the dana model, monasteries offering free stays, and any retreat centre that doesn't charge money can be listed with us. Commission platforms cannot serve your model. We can.
Q. How do enquiries reach us?
Seekers click a WhatsApp or email button on your listing page. The enquiry goes directly to your number or email — we are not in the middle. You can also opt to have initial enquiries come to our WhatsApp, which we forward to you.
Q. How long does it take to go live?
Usually 5–7 days from your first message to us. The main step is completing our 12-question questionnaire (15 minutes). We write and design the rest. You review and approve before it's published.
Q. Can we update our programmes and dates?
Yes. WhatsApp us your updated dates, a photo, or any programme changes and we update the listing within 48 hours. No login or dashboard needed — just message us.
Q. Do we need professional photographs?
No. Good smartphone photos of your space, shrine room, and surroundings are perfect. If you have professional photos, excellent — but they're not required. We've worked with centres that sent us three photos by WhatsApp.
Q. Is my centre eligible?
We list Buddhist retreat centres and monasteries in India offering structured practice — silent retreats, study programmes, dharma teaching, meditation intensives, or monastic stays. We do not list generic wellness, yoga, or non-Buddhist spiritual centres.
Q. What if we want to be removed later?
You can ask us to pause or remove your listing at any time by WhatsApp or email. We'll remove it within 24 hours, no questions asked.
